What happens when I submit an event?
The listing is reviewed by an editor, who verifies that all the information is accurate before adding it to the online database.

Why hasn't my event shown up on the website?
After you submit your event, the listing is reviewed by an editor, who verifies that all the information is accurate before adding it to the online database. This process can take a couple days, so please give 2-3 business days for the listing to show up online.

The details to my event have changed. How can I update my listing?
Contact our editor directly with information, visit the contact page for the contact information of your city's editor.

Why can't I view the listings for next month?
Guests are provided free access to the listings for the next 7 days. Only subscribers can view the entire event database of past, present, and future events. To subscribe, click here.

I'm trying to perform a search and no results are displayed. What did I do wrong?
The search function of the website is available to subscribers, who can use the general and advanced searches to find exactly what they need in our event database. To subscribe, click here.

What is the cost to list my event?
Listing events is FREE! To list your event, go to the event listing form, and enter in the information.

My event is an invitation only event. Should I still add it to the calendar?
We encourage you to list invitation only events because it allows other planners to see when your big event is, and plan their own events accordingly. For example, although the Academy Awards is an invitation only event, we list it to allow our users to plan their own events around that date.

My event is already at capacity. Should I still add it to the calendar?
We encourage you to list events that are at capacity because it allows other planners to see when your big event is, and plan their own events accordingly.

Who should I contact regarding my listing online?
Questions about online listings should be directed to the editor of the respective city. For the editors contact information, visit the Contact page.

What types of events qualify for listing on the website?
Masterplanner welcome an array of events, including, but not limited to: corporate events, product launches, movie premieres, fund raising events, balls, galas, opening night, trade shows, conventions, symposiums, festivals, major sports events, parades, run/walks, holiday events, award shows, fashion events, benefits and art events. We may list private events or parties, but will not provide location or contact information.

What are the benefits of subscribing?
Subscribers are able to fully benefit from the website. You view all the events in our entire database, going as far back as when Masterplanner launched, and as far forward as the events are planned. When planning events that are months away, the success of your event is dependent upon picking the right date. The information on the website is daily updated, verified, and accurate.
